Kirsten Podmore
Kirsten Podmore is a young Wellington printmaker. She studied at the Otago Polytechnic School of Art, where she came under the wing of renowned printmaker Marilynn Webb. The subject matter for her vibrant woodcuts comes from the North Island landscape that is so familiar to her. She depicts places to which she has a personal connection, fusing her love for the outdoors with her love of art.
