Barry Down
Educated at a village school that adopted Rudolf Steiner philosophy, he then went onto establish a successful career in the commercial world.
Leaving that behind him he attended Loughbrough College of Art and Design, England.
He obtained a B.A. Hons degree in ceramics in 1999.
In January 2000 he emigrated to New Zealand/Aotearoa, ‘The land of the long white cloud’. A land he considers to be his spiritual home, where he now lives and works.
