 "Form follows body" is the guiding principle behind the organic furniture designs of Romanian-born designer, Valentin Tinc, who chose the title "100% Organic Design" to describe works for his recent exhibition at Flagstaff Gallery.
The show included a range of Valentin's indoor/outdoor fibreglass designs which are both functional and sculptural. They are made to fit the organic shapes of the human body rather than conforming to the mantra of modern design -"form follows function".
